What kind of questions should I answer in on this page?
This will be a space to preemptively ask and answer common questions that you find your audience posing to you. Answering these questions here will help mitigate the amount of emails you could receive asking basic questions. This saves you time and helps your audience understand your website/initiative upon first visit.
How many questions should I answer?
With the SiteRush system you have space for six questions. You should use that amount to answer the most common questions your audience may have. The more that you educate them here, the more that they’ll understand about your project on the first visit.
How long should my answers be?
You’ll want to be informative but succinct, keep the length of your answers to no more than one paragraph. If you include too much information the wall of text may overwhelm your audience leading to the possibly skip reading your answers.
How should I order/build my FAQ?
You should compile a list of your frequently asked questions and the frequency in which these questions occur. Now order your FAQ by popularity of the question, having the most asked first and so on and so forth. This will insure your audience gets the most important information first.
